Our ViCAFE Home Barista Course focuses on working with the espresso portafilter machine. We concentrate on dialing in your grinder for the perfect espresso extraction and pouring finely textured milk into a beautiful pattern. A bit of theory on origin, varietals, and processing of green coffee helps you better understand why your coffee tastes the way it does.
