A naturally processed Ruiru 11 from Finca Pampojilá on the slopes of Guatemala’s Atitlán Volcano. Our team discovered this rare lot while cupping regional samples. It stood out for its vibrant acidity, complex flavour profile and lush, sweet finish.
Roasted by the Swiss Roasting Champion (SCA Switzerland, 2025). For coffee freshness: Roast date is always MHD minus 9 months.
